what's up everyone my name is Muhammad Saad Asif
and it is a new year
hopefully better than the last one which
was you know definitely
pretty weird and to me there is no
better time than right now to start a
new chapter of your life if you're not
feeling good if you're down if you're
not happy
if you're not healthy then let's change
that right now guys
all it takes is replacing a few bad
habits with
good ones that will drive you forward
towards a successful
much better future today's video is all
about creating those good habits for
2021
habits that you'll be proud of when you
look back at the end of the year
and you realize that you made the right
decisions and that you've changed
for the better starting with your health
and by the way guys if you're new here i

started the first thing you have to do
in 2021 to be healthier
is give up a food or drink that is bad
for you that's how it starts you know
a lot of people say oh i'm gonna quit
eating all of the bad food and i'm only
gonna eat healthy food from now on
it doesn't really work that way I'll
tell you why because if you go that way
it's black or
white right you're eating really healthy
and then one day you see a cookie like
two weeks into your diet
you have that cookie all of a sudden you
have
failed you have failed a hundred percent
your goal is now
not going to be reachable so you have to
create a little bit of a gray area you
have to have
cheat days you have to start slow that
is how you replace those habits it's not
immediate and everyone has that thing
that they can give up
but they haven't yet for whatever reason
you know it could be chocolate it could
be soda
it could be McDonald's whatever it is
you can definitely start by giving that
up first and then slowly replace the
other habits with better ones
meaning replace the bad food with better
food and you can always give up some
type of bad food and replace it with
better food
right i know that for example i gave up
soda a very long time ago
but a lot of guys still drink soda
pretty much every single day which is
horrible for your health so if you can
start this year by saying you know what
I'm not gonna give up all bad food but i
will give up
soda as of right now so from now on
forward i'm not gonna drink any more
soda if you drink a lot of soda this is
going to make a huge
difference in your life and in your
health so pick one or two things that
are unhealthy and let them go number two
get in the habit of getting tested and
you know nowadays that means a lot of
things
right i'm talking about making sure that
you have your blood work done
every once in a while making sure that
you're getting covet tests
because obviously that is a massive very
important thing that's happening right
now in our world
it's definitely a coincidence but i got
blood work done
today which is funny because i was
shooting this video but
you know i started this year off and i'm
like you know what i'm gonna get tested
make sure that everything is good make
sure that i'm healthy
and i went and i got it scheduled and i
got it done so make sure that you're
doing the same there are way too many
men who are like
i'm a guy i don't need to get tested you
know i don't need to go to the doctor i
don't need to fix this
it's your body man it's like a machine
it needs to be well oiled it needs to be
taken care of you need to get that
maintenance in right now
and for covid same thing if you're gonna
go see your parents your grandparents
make sure that you get tested before
so you're not putting their lives at
risk number three this is a huge one
stay
active man i started 20 21 off with a
bang i've been working out every single
day i feel good i feel energized i feel
so motivated
to be in the best shape of my life this
year
i've been doing boxing i've been doing
functional fitness i have been
running jogging i have a treadmill now
which i'm very excited about
i have a bike downstairs i mean i've
been jumping rope everything you can
imagine
just so i can stay active and exercise
every single day and speaking of staying
active you guys have been seeing me
wear this here for about four or five
months now this is called a
whoop and they were actually kind enough
to sponsor today's video guys whoop is a
fitness tracker that tells you
everything you need to know about your
sleep and recovery and your daily
strength
every day when i wake up whoop tells me
exactly how many hours of light sleep
deep sleep
rem how many hours i got you know how
many times i woke up
at night which means that now when i
wake up and i feel tired i can literally
just look at my app and be like
oh that is why i'm tired i woke up 15
times last night and while i'm working
out it tells me exactly what my heart
rate is
how many calories i burned it's all in
there it's really insane the amount of
information that you get from this band
you know the way i see it it's like
having a personal trainer telling me hey
Saad
you had a rough day man get to bed early
so that you can perform at a high level
tomorrow or Saad
maybe you should just burn some more
calories today because you're well
rested
and you haven't really been that active
and i know you guys are probably
thinking but man
 Saad you're all about watches and
fashion you can't wear a watch when you
have that it's going to look weird well
i actually wear my whoop band around my
biceps most of the time which means i
can still
wear a watch unlike other fitness
trackers that are built into watching
the thing is i'm not going to sleep
wearing one of these it's too
uncomfortable the battery doesn't last
that long
and i like to wear this not this during
the day
so for me i i don't wear this anymore
it's over see ya this is the vibe and
the best thing.
